Nathan Jalani Taylor  is a theconductorvisual artist, painter, graphic designer and art director. Born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, Taylor showed talent and passion for the arts at an early age.  At age 15 he was the youngest published cartoonist for the Rockford Register Star. The Happy Show in Toronto: Educational and Recreational

On Friday, Feb. 15th I finally attended The Happy Show, located at the Toronto Design Exchange.  A funny, spirited, and lusty exhibition – I was hooked from the beginning. This exhibition shares the results of Austrian-born graphic designer, Stefan Sagmeister’s 10-year investigation into the nature and search for happiness. In his quest for happiness, Sagmeister had experimented with three tactics:  meditation, cognitive therapy and pharmaceuticals (not recreational but, but prescription antidepressants/SSRIs). Andy Detskas, (known as Andy Andy Andy),was born in Marlton, New Jersey in 1975 and grew up a wanderer, living in the Midwest, deep South and East coast. Like many artists, Andy began exploring drawing, painting, sculpture and photography at a young age. He attended Siena Heights University where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, followed by Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2000 where he obtained Masters of Fine Arts.
