In the summer of 2017, I completed my doctorate at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in the department of Leadership, Higher and Adult Education. My research focuses on creative thinking, decision-making, leadership, and innovation theories. In my research, I drew from social psychology and behavioural sciences. I am interested in practical applications analysis frameworks for understanding social and behavioural phenomena for innovation and social change. I bring extensive experience from my work at the University of Toronto in a number of different research roles. I have worked with individuals and in teams to explore different methods, collect field data, elicit and synthesize insights and analyze and present finding.
